Retrospective Reporter for Jira
Turn completed sprints into actionable retrospectives automatically
Overview
Sprint retrospectives are essential but preparing them is tedious. Someone has to dig through Jira, pull numbers, identify blockers, and build a report, usually on a Friday afternoon when everyone just wants to go home. Retrospective Reporter does the heavy lifting. When a sprint completes, it automatically analyses every issue: what was committed vs completed, where scope crept in, which items were blocked and for how long, and how the workload was distributed across the team. The result is a structured report with eleven metric panels, from velocity trends to cycle time breakdowns. Add action items, assign owners, and track them across sprints. When you're happy with the report, export it to Confluence in one click. Free users get the latest sprint; paid users unlock full history, Confluence export, and action item tracking.
