Short version

• One set of terms for every app. All EvolRed Atlassian apps are covered by the same Terms of Service. Each app has its own terms page that shows them with the app's name and contact details.
• Atlassian's terms apply too. When you install an app from the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use also apply.
