Overview
Recognition shouldn't wait for the next all-hands. Kudos lets anyone on your team give instant, visible appreciation right on the Jira issue where the work happened. Pick from five kudos types (Great Work, Clever Solution, Saved the Day, Fast Turnaround, or Great Collaboration) and the recognition shows up on the issue panel for everyone to see. The sprint leaderboard turns it into a friendly competition, ranking team members by kudos received with per-type breakdowns and sprint-by-sprint history. Anti-gaming rules are enforced server-side: no self-kudos, one kudos per person per issue. For Kanban teams, the leaderboard falls back to calendar months. It's lightweight, it's fun, and it makes your team's best work visible.
