Bulk Field Editor for Jira

JiraOn the roadmap

Update dozens of issues at once without the Jira tax

Overview

Native Jira bulk editing is clunky, limited, and buried. Bulk Field Editor gives you a proper two-panel interface: write a JQL query to find your issues, pick the field you want to update, set the new value, and apply it across everything in one shot. Made a mistake? A 30-second undo window lets you roll back the entire operation instantly before it becomes a problem. Free users can edit up to 100 issues at a time across a core set of fields. Paid users get higher caps and access to more field types.

Features

  • Two-panel interface with JQL search on the left and field editor on the right
  • Bulk update any supported field across all matching issues in a single operation
  • 30-second undo window that rolls back the entire operation with a single click
  • JQL query builder so you can target exactly the issues you want to change
  • Project admin verification to ensure only authorised users can run bulk operations
  • Freemium model with 100 issues and core fields free. Higher caps and more fields on the paid plan
